UPDATE: Closure of Tamerton Foliot Road
TFVCS have just heard from Plymouth Highways that whole scheme has been thrown out. There will be a meeting on Tuesday to revise it with no complete blockages of the road. So no (or not much) problems.
They are dealing with 27 complaints already!
